This project focuses on the standardization and efficiency needs of brand chain kitchens, and helps customers establish clearer production processes and more stable operational systems through equipment combination configuration.
In accordance with the usage requirements of the central kitchen, the project has carried out unified planning in terms of refrigeration, steaming and baking, white steel matching, and work area flow, ensuring more efficient collaboration between equipment.
The overall plan is more suitable for the requirements of chain catering for unified standards, process replication, and continuous operation.
