This project mainly serves the centralized feeding scene of school canteens, and provides overall configuration around hygiene standards, equipment stability, and continuous operation capability during peak hours.
According to the actual needs of the school group meal project, some old equipment will be updated, and functional zoning and work flow lines will be optimized to ensure that the kitchen maintains higher efficiency during the centralized feeding stage.
